Customers who do not have schedule airline failure - What should they do?

  • Check with your credit or debit card provider to see if they can get your money-back via a charge-back.
  • If you have paid by Credit card and the amount was over £100 - Section 75 offers legal protection which states that the retailer is jointly liable.
  • Check if your booking was ATOL protected - This maybe the case if your flight was booked as part of a package holiday.
  • If you booked via a travel agent contact them
